The one thing that always reared its ugly head at management meetings was MONEY & money for the future to sustain us. So the question that was always asked was how we can get a steady flow of money into the Charity.

A team from the UK and Kenya went to work alongside Paalam Project in Sri Lanka, in Tamil Eelam we distributed bikes to local villages and visited lots of areas affected by the Tsunami.
We went to Sri Lanka in March 2005 and after 3 months you could still see the drastic affects of the Tsunami especially in places in the North. But many places you would not believe that the Tsunami was ever there, these of course are the tourist places were the government have made sure the aid money have rebuilt and restored these areas. But what about the places were the people are living in areas covered in sand and crashed buildings, palm trees on the floor and clothes, photos and memories scattered over dirty shores.
