We have spent a lot of time perfecting the new site but as you may have noticed it is still in its beta phase. We are working hard to make it as accessible and compatible as possible but we need your feed back, let us know if there is anything we could do better

This page gives advice on using the site and also chronicles known issues and also our efforts to fix them and things you can do to improve your experience. Jump through the questions on the left.

Why can't use my accessibility software properly on the site?

We have tried to make this site as accessible as possible and are always looking to validate all pages by the W3C guidlines. Please let us know the exact problems you are having and we will do our best to fix any issues

What does basic mean on the bottom menu?

You can toggle between basic and graphic views according to your preference. The basic view allows you to to browse the site's text and images without the formatting and full graphic interface.

It Doesnt work!

The new site has been up for some time now, please let us know if you are experiencing any problems. Just send an email to support@jaeproject.org.uk

The Gallery doesn't work

Please let us know what is going wrong with the gallery sections?! We need your comments feedback, whats working well what's not, we are trying to make the whole thing work as intuitivly as possible. If you are having trouble viewing pictures or getting to the gallery you want or any other problems please contact us.

We are looking to do our 3rd major overhaul of the gallery system this summer, this should be the final major piece of work and will hopefully complete a decent gallery system.

I am using a Mac and the site looks funny

We are working hard to fix the issues users of Mac OS may be experiencing, we expect this issue to be resolved very soon. Most issues are resolved if you use Safari, seemingly the only standards compliant Browser on the Mac OS platform.

UPDATE: Please note the site experiences severe rendering problems (you can't see it properly) when using IE for Mac however we will not be fixing these issues as Microsoft has chosen to discontinue this product as it is a bit rubbish!

Alternatively browse the site using the basic view

We prefer Safari for Mac users
