Tanya has been with Jae before it was even Jae! She is a valuable member of management and now lives and works in Roehampton, working on the YIP project amongst other things
Jana works on the website and other IT bits, he is on the management team and is also lives and studies Politics & IR in Canterbury
Lloyd is in charge of finance and having brilliant ideas, he also works for Peugot's sales dept.
Emma works on all our design concepts and other creative areas within the project, she is an established graphic designer and has also worked extensively in corporate identity
Tracey is the director and founder of Jae, she has worked in the area of Justice education and arts for many years winner of the London Mayor's award for Innovation in 2004 for her work with Jae, she also works for the Haringey Childrens Services team.

Everyone on the Jae team brings something unique to the project, each specialising in a different field they are all needed for the project in a different way. That is why our work is so diverse and of such a high quality, we present the issues in a diverse and relevant way to and with young people.

Gena is a trustee for Jae and also is in charge of personel, she also manages a Primary and Secondary school in North London
Adrian is director of Phoenix Community Care and works on various other projects around the world, he is on our board of trustees and is also a vital part of management team
Brendan is our fundraising/grants officer, an International Relations graduate with a passion for global justice and drawing
Ros is our Schools Co-ordinator, she deals with delivery and concepts, she also works in childrens television
Blair focus' on the arts aspect of our work, ensuring a high quality of work throughout the organisation, he has just set up a Foster Care agencey based in North London
